What I'm looking for

I’m always looking to gain more experience in the industry and apply myself.

At Leverage IT Consulting, I worked as an IT Services Coordinator, gaining managed service provider experience across ticketing systems, servers, networks, and M365 management.

Since April 2026, I’ve provided freelance IT support, troubleshooting desktops, laptops, phones, printers, internet, and TVs for people in my community.

I earned a bachelor's degree in Information Technology from University of Phoenix and hold a CompTIA A+ certification. I’m always looking to gain more experience in the industry and apply myself.
