I'm looking to lead multi-site operations for a growing organization where I can own budgets, build leadership teams, improve processes, and drive accountable performance across facilities.

I've led multi-site operations, staffing, budgets, and performance improvement across hospitality and real estate organizations, including Sightline Hospitality, Pod Hotels, Ace Hotel New York, and INTER_IAM.

At Pod Hotels, I helped scale operations from one to four facilities, growing annual revenue to more than $65M while managing cost, performance, and an 85-person staff. At Ace Hotel New York, I led operations through launch and delivered a $53K process investment that generated $500K in incremental annual value.

Today, through SKY Consulting Group, I advise ownership groups on multi-site operations, staffing strategy, financial analysis, and site transitions. I bring hands-on facility leadership, end-to-end HR ownership, leadership development, and AI-enabled reporting to fast-moving organizations.
