Melisa Williams
@melisawilliams
I lead multifamily and hospitality portfolios to improve occupancy, operations, and financial performance.
What I'm looking for
I've led multifamily and hospitality operations across Phoenix, Austin, and Glendale, overseeing portfolios of up to 1,300+ units and driving financial, resident, and guest performance.
At Scottsdale Vacation Rentals, I owned operational and financial performance for Phoenix and Austin residential portfolios, including P&L, budgets, forecasting, reporting, guest experience, owner relations, maintenance, purchasing, and vendor performance. I managed and mentored a 10+ person cross-functional team while standardizing processes and integrating acquired and third-party managed assets.
At Knightvest Residential, I managed three communities totaling 1,300+ units, leading leasing, renewals, collections, maintenance, capital improvements, renovations, audits, and property takeovers. Earlier roles with Greystar, ConAm Group, MG Properties, and Westwood Advisory Group gave me full accountability for Class A and B community operations, budgets, compliance, and resident satisfaction.
I'm focused on operational accountability, strong team leadership, and service for residents, guests, owners, and relocating military households. I use Yardi and property-management systems to turn occupancy, financial, maintenance, and service data into clear recovery plans and better portfolio performance.
