What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead multi-site operations and sales teams where I can improve safety, customer experience, process execution, profitability, and team performance.

I'm currently leading branch field execution at CSC ServiceWorks across MA, RI, NH, ME, and VT, with responsibility for more than 50 employees, five direct reports, and $62M in P&L. I oversee install, technical service, collections, warehouse and inventory, and customer experience.

At WillScot, I led operations and sales teams across four states, driving safety, cost control, workforce development, product supply, and EBITDA growth. I helped build a team that expanded the service area, achieved 2,750+ days without a safety incident, improved purchasing margins, and strengthened key-account retention.

Across FleetPride, Ryder, and The Home Depot, I've managed branch sales, logistics, safety, P&L, training, and operational performance. I bring a practical, can-do approach to building accountable teams, improving processes, and delivering better results for customers.
