At FW Webb Company, I lead a high-volume retail branch with full P&L responsibility, growing annual sales from $13.1 million in 2023 to more than $15.3 million in 2025. I use sales reporting and KPIs to guide merchandising, staffing, promotions, and profitability.

I directed the opening of a 58,000-square-foot facility and showroom, coordinating construction, merchandising, staffing, and inventory transfer for an on-schedule launch. Earlier, I helped open five new company facilities as a Management Trainee.

I build teams through recruiting, onboarding, training, mentoring, scheduling, and customer-service standards. I also manage inventory audits, shrinkage controls, vendor relationships, safety compliance, and service contracts, including a 100% pass rate on third-party inventory audits.

I've completed an MBA with a 4.0 GPA while progressing through retail management roles full time. I bring hands-on operational leadership, strategic sales planning, and a customer-first approach to growing branch performance.
