At Assa Abloy’s Ameristar division, I manage regional distribution center operations across the Carolinas, East Tennessee, and Southern Virginia. I oversee full branch P&L, HR, customer and vendor relationships while maintaining a 99% manufacturing production attainment rate.

I partnered with business development to grow sales 10% in Q4 2022 and bring hands-on supply chain leadership to complex regional operations.

Previously, at Johnson Brothers, I directed inbound and outbound operations across two facilities, leading four supervisors and 50 route drivers. I expanded supply chain capability from 5,000 to 9,000 labels in six months and led essential food-distribution preparations during the pandemic.

My background also includes launching Spiffy branches in Charlotte, Atlanta, and Houston and leading multi-state operations for DHL Express and its partners. I’ve managed up to 200 people across six states, delivered $250K in supply chain savings, reduced loss by 25%, and improved employee retention through stronger operating practices.
