At OnProcess Technology I handled inbound Safeway store calls from the US and placed outbound calls to logistics teams to arrange technician appointments, developing strong appointment scheduling and coordination skills. As a freelance interpreter for Lionbridge I handled primarily medical calls and supported government and legal clients translating complex information for limited English proficiency (LEP) callers.

In my current role with Teleperformance I work remotely as an English-to-Bengali interpreter for Language Line Solutions, taking calls across medical, social services, emergency and legal sectors. I have experience adapting tone and terminology for diverse professional contexts.
