Took HAZOP Edge from concept to a validated MVP in 3 months, owning research, design, and engineering handoff in a lean team. Reduced manual data entry by 50%, reporting errors by 40%, and hazard study completion time by 35%, and built a lifecycle-anchored information architecture with a design system covering states, patterns, and accessibility.

Shipped a public-sector agriculture MVP end-to-end (research to engineering handoff) and designed for WCAG 2.1 AA across all breakpoints for users with varying digital confidence. Validated information architecture via card sorting and tree testing, reducing post-launch navigation rework, and delivered a WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility audit with a remediation plan executed by engineering.

Rebuilt shared design infrastructure for a 20+ person research-and-design team across 6 digital products, standardizing templates and introducing a 5-step researcher-to-designer handoff. Drove a 30–40% reduction in rework by consolidating 3 file-version workflows into a single source of truth and diagnosing duplication as a structural issue through separate researcher/designer interviews.

Led product design across 3 interconnected B2B SaaS API products (API Console, API Portal, API Marketplace), promoted from Product Designer in 12 months. Built and governed a 10–15 component shared design system for Ericsson’s Scaling API vertical, acted as de-facto business analyst across a 3-year engagement, and led the Adobe XD to Figma migration with a handoff guide to ensure continuity.
