I currently run a $16M+ ARR enterprise portfolio as a Technical Success Manager at Zscaler, acting as the primary technical and cloud infrastructure advisor for adoption and retention. I partner with CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs through Quarterly Technical Reviews and weekly operational insights to align secure platform roadmaps with business goals.

In my Zscaler work, I’ve helped design and execute migration frameworks that transitioned legacy on-premise perimeter security to Zscaler’s cloud-native Zero-Trust Exchange. I also own critical P0/P1 incident command—mobilizing Engineering, Product, and Sales to restore complex systems quickly and author definitive RCAs.

Before that, I worked as a 1Product Solutions Engineer at Zscaler, resolving workspace routing, firewall control, and cloud gateway anomalies across ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX. I verified high-availability IPsec/GRE tunnel patterns, Cloud Application Control policies, and REST API endpoint integrations during multi-phase cloud migrations.

Earlier, at Moveworks AI I built a high-throughput incident management framework and reduced average ticket resolution metrics by 47% while scaling from 100 to 1,000 monthly incidents. At VMware, I delivered tier-3 guidance across Workspace ONE and secure remote access gateways, troubleshooting identity and SSO authentication flows using Wireshark and server logs.
