At Zscaler, I deliver global Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) deployments for enterprise accounts, from tenant setup and SSO to telemetry configuration and operational handover.

I build alerting, webhook, and API integrations that send ZDX telemetry to ServiceNow, Slack, and Microsoft Intune. I also help network operations teams diagnose latency, routing, device health, and UCaaS performance across Teams, Zoom, and Webex.
