Lead the design, deployment, and operational support of Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX for global enterprise secure access and optimized user experience. Managed enterprise network infrastructure including switching, routing, and LAN/WAN operations across multiple sites to ensure performance and reliability. Conducted network installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and coordinated with vendors/ISPs on circuit provisioning and service issue resolution while maintaining detailed infrastructure documentation.
