I’m looking to lead operations and QA programs that turn manual workflows into scalable, data-driven systems—especially where LLM/AI automation can reduce cost per audit and speed delivery across large teams.

I run QA and operations programs at Ditto Insurance (by Finshots), owning strategic planning, roadmaps, OKRs, and delivery for a 100+ member cross-functional team.

I led a pilot-to-phased migration from manual to LLM-based QA audits—automating 70% of payment call audit workflows, with projections to cut audit time by 90% and unit cost by 96%.
