I'm looking to lead enterprise transformation programs where I can strengthen PMO governance, Agile delivery, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and AI-enabled delivery outcomes.

I've led insurance delivery at Majesco for six US-based clients, overseeing Policy, Billing, Claims, Agent, and Customer Portal releases. I own project charters, roadmaps, release cycles, stakeholder reporting, and RAID governance.

Previously at Capgemini, I led and mentored a 40-member QA engineering team supporting HSBC and Morgan Stanley across supply chain, CRM, and cards payments programs. I directed automation with Selenium, RestAssured, and Postman while coordinating sprint planning, release readiness, defect triage, and end-to-end UPI/IMPS payment validation.
