I’m a senior operations and program leader with 19+ years building and running media operations at scale, with a focus on quality assurance, compliance, and content localization. I’m a builder by track record—standing up functions, teams, and workflows from zero and driving them to full automation.
Most recently, I’ve been leading delivery strategy for an international content localization portfolio, directing scheduling, quality, and timeline commitments for a key client account. I also own weekly revenue forecasting and monthly billing reporting, compiling data behind leadership presentations and stepping in to resolve delivery risk early.
Earlier, I built compliance SOPs from the ground up and delivered end-to-end workflow automation for major accounts, earning the Maximizer Award for driving performance and organizational process maturity. Before that, I established ShemarooMe’s S&P function and scaled a content grievance mechanism across broadcast channels while managing regulatory relationships (MIB, IAMAI).
