I’m an IT infrastructure and endpoint management professional with around 15 years of experience implementing and administering Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) Current Branch, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and MDM in international environments with large user bases, workstations, and 2000 Windows servers.
My core strength is end-to-end management of the endpoint stack: SCCM current branch features like Software Deployment, Patching, Task Sequence, BitLocker, SQL custom reporting, Compliance Baselines, and co-management, along with troubleshooting SCCM clients and handling infrastructure upgrades. I also drive modern enrollment and security with Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, Windows Autopilot, device configuration and compliance policies, conditional access, endpoint protection policies, and Windows 365/AVD knowledge.
I’ve led major migrations and operational improvements, including successfully migrating SCCM infrastructure to Intune cloud only (AzureAD registered) and migrating endpoints from Windows 10 to Windows 11 for more than 14k devices. I’m experienced with BIOS management and third-party update ecosystems (Dell Command Update, HP Connect), PatchMyPC for app deployments, and BitLocker management; I also work on Apple Business Manager (ABM) to manage macOS devices through ABM and Intune.
Beyond operations, I’m strong in automation and packaging—creating ad hoc PowerShell scripts, automating deployments via Azure Automation/serverless without client secrets, and using Graph APIs with app registrations and certificates. I support complex application packaging workflows (Flexera AdminStudio, Advanced Installer, Wise), imaging and deployment (MDT, Windows ICD), reporting (SSRS), and training stakeholders through T3 support, clear documentation, and escalation management.
