What I'm looking for

I am seeking an endpoint management role where I can lead SCCM/Intune deployments, improve patch processes, automate remediation, and contribute to clear SOPs within a collaborative, SLA-driven team.

I am an experienced SCCM and Intune administrator with over 4.5 years in Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager and around 2 years with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager).

I have implemented Windows Autopilot, MDM/MAM policies, Conditional Access, configuration and compliance profiles, Win32 app packaging and device enrollment across Windows, Android and iOS.

I routinely manage patching for workstations and servers using SCCM, WSUS/SUP and Intune, create OS images with MDT, author custom SQL/WQL reports and collections, and troubleshoot deployments using MECM logs and support tools.

I deliver operational support aligned to SLAs, write SOPs and knowledge articles, and collaborate with local teams to execute patch management, remediation and change-management activities to maintain high service quality.
