I'm currently managing enterprise endpoint solutions at Commonwealth Bank Australia using Microsoft Intune and MECM. I lead Windows 10/11 application packaging and deployment while supporting SCCM-to-Intune migrations.
I've built and maintained PowerShell and PSADT deployment frameworks, along with GitHub workflow-based automation for packaging, testing, staging, validation, and assignment processes. My work improves deployment consistency and reduces manual effort across the application lifecycle.
Previously at Accenture, I was a subject matter expert in application packaging, testing, remediation, and compatibility across Windows 7, 10, 11, and Citrix environments. I deployed applications through SCCM, managed production change requests, and delivered desktop migration projects within SLA requirements.
At DXC, I served as a technical lead for application packaging, quality assurance, and desktop-management operations. I also supported App-V cloud migrations and Citrix virtual-app monitoring while working directly with business stakeholders.
