I’m an Implementation Specialist with 6+ years of experience in Telecom Solution Delivery, Production Deployment, and Service Operations. I focus on end-to-end installation, validation, UAT, go-live support, and post-production stabilization—always with a strong emphasis on high availability and minimal downtime.
In my current role (Six Dee Telecom Solutions PVT Ltd), I’ve deployed, configured, and integrated carrier-grade Telecom and VAS services on Linux-based production environments, including Missed Call Alert. I automate system monitoring and health checks using Shell/SQL scripting, perform performance tuning and root cause analysis for production issues, and support 24x7 stabilization for operational stability.
I also handle complex implementations across cloud-native infrastructure, including UPC deployed on AWS EC2 and Kubernetes, with CI/CD using Jenkins and Git.
