What I'm looking for

I'm looking to help customers adopt and realize value from SaaS products through technical onboarding, implementation, CRM and workflow configuration, troubleshooting, training, and cross-functional collaboration.

I've led SaaS onboarding, implementation, adoption, and technical support across customer-facing roles, including enterprise implementation projects at NCR and Tier 1 and Tier 2 support on TP's Apple Project. I translate integration, automation, CRM, and platform-configuration challenges into practical customer outcomes.

In Customer Success Engineer roles, I've configured CRM systems, automated workflows, delivered technical training, analyzed usage with SQL, and partnered with Product, Engineering, and Sales to resolve escalations. My engineering, systems, and account-management background helps me build structured onboarding processes, improve time-to-value, and support long-term customer retention.
