What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build people operations in an international, fast-paced environment where I can solve complex HR challenges, improve scalable processes, and support employees and managers through growth and change.

At Mollie, I run Italian people operations and administration for a 300+ employee EMEA hub, from payroll and compliance to onboarding, mobility, benefits, and the Milan office launch.

I've led a two-year payroll-provider transition for 200+ employees, built an AI-driven payroll auditing tool using Claude, and owned the people side of a legal-entity restructuring. I partner with employees, managers, HQ, labour consultants, and Talent Acquisition to solve complex employment, immigration, and operational challenges.

Previously at Amity, I managed recruitment across four global hubs and redesigned onboarding, reducing early turnover from 25% to 3%. I also supported Sealence's growth from four to 30 employees, Series A activity, investor communications, crowdfunding, and recruitment.
