I’m a forward-thinking HR leader with an international People & Culture background, focused on organizational scale and HR transformation. I design agile workforce structures from scratch and use data analytics to maximize team output and support corporate growth.
In my current role as Office & People Ops Manager, I built internal operational and organizational structures from the ground up, restructured performance workflows, and deployed automated AI tools into daily cycles. I engineer centralized dashboards and people evaluation models for the executive board while coordinating communications, training paths, and GDPR-compliant governance—reporting directly to the CEO and C-suite.
Previously at Klarna as an HR People Operations Specialist (HRBP), I managed end-to-end, high-volume global People Ops, handling 450+ internal employee requests monthly across payroll, policies, benefits, and employee relations. I led workforce mapping and cross-functional partnering using People Analytics, automated pre-boarding and onboarding via Workday and Lever, and contributed to internal D&I and gender equity policy drafting.
