I’m a strategic HR executive with 15+ years of experience in international, multicultural environments. I’m known for building high-performance cultures through talent management, organizational development, and change management.
Most recently, I created the HR Department from scratch as Group Head of HR & Organization, and led global HR strategy across 6 countries. I also launched a Shared Services Center in Budapest, built an annual group-wide performance evaluation tool, and designed leadership programs to strengthen succession planning and talent pipelines.
Previously as HR Manager at Novares Italia, I directed HR operations for 150 employees and played a key role in the full relocation of a production plant. I coordinated cross-departmental efforts across two sites during a 3-shift transition period, developed recruitment and training initiatives, and collaborated on performance management while supporting effective union engagement.
Earlier roles as an HR Business Partner and HR Generalist strengthened my end-to-end HR foundation across recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement. I’m a Certified DISC trainer and Laughter Yoga facilitator, and I focus on wellbeing initiatives, compliance, and HR analytics to drive measurable outcomes.
