At first.gen, I set up and lead a nonprofit initiative supporting first-generation university students. I manage project planning, partner acquisition and implementation, alongside social media communication and community building.
At prioriset, I design and deliver workshops and coaching on self-organization, academic research and writing, communication, and career development. I also run its social media channels and develop digital learning products.
At Impetus, I delivered online marketing for programs for ambitious women, including social media content, sales copy, email and launch campaigns. I also handled landing-page and marketing-automation setup, positioning, and community communication.
At the Graduate Academy, University of Tübingen, I designed and delivered development workshops for doctoral researchers, coordinated the transferable skills program, and advised researchers on skills development, research practice, and career planning. Earlier, as a Research Associate at CRC 1391 “Different Aesthetics”, University of Tübingen, I conducted research and teaching and coordinated the subproject.
