What I'm looking for

I’m looking for purpose-led work where I can design and coordinate inclusive learning experiences, support people’s growth and participation, and improve programmes through feedback, evaluation, and practical digital tools.

I design and facilitate learning programmes, workshops, and community initiatives that turn ideas into practical experiences for people to grow, connect, and participate.

As co-founder of Genepia, I designed and coordinated 15–20 learning programmes for groups of 15–40 participants, supported 30–40 live sessions, and helped build a learning community of more than 200 members. I introduced assessments, feedback loops, and Looker Studio dashboards, and developed an AI-supported no-code assessment that made preparation approximately three times faster and increased completion by approximately 20%.

I bring experience in programme coordination, facilitation, participant communication, evaluation, stakeholder support, and translating complex scientific information into clear learning experiences. I’m especially motivated by purpose-led work that supports inclusive learning and meaningful participation.
