I’m looking for a remote role in Provider Enrollment, Credentialing, Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, or Healthcare Operations where I can improve workflows with Epic, ensure compliance, and support patients and providers with clear communication.

I’m a Healthcare Operations Specialist with 8+ years of experience supporting patient access and hospital workflows across fast-paced environments. I leverage Epic EMR and departmental systems to keep documentation, logistics, and patient flow moving smoothly.

In my current role at Scripps Health, I use Epic EMR to coordinate scheduling support, transportation, supply management, and charge reconciliation. I also perform MRI safety screenings and help radiology workflows run compliantly, while collaborating closely with nurses, providers, and ancillary departments.

Earlier roles strengthened my revenue cycle and patient-facing expertise, including insurance eligibility verification, referrals and authorizations, appointment scheduling, and high-volume patient communication.
