In prior federal work as an Enrollment Agent, I processed 60+ credentialing enrollment applications daily across TSA PreCheck and TWIC programs, maintaining a zero application rejections record over 2.5 years. I also conducted quality control reviews, resolved documentation gaps, and escalated flagged issues per federal protocol with thorough records retention.

I bring a deadline-driven, accuracy-first approach to credentialing operations—ensuring clinicians are properly credentialed and privileged without delays. I’ve also built process improvements, including a credentialing SOP that eliminated operational gaps during staff absences, and I’ve supported occupational health credentialing and compliance documentation at a federally regulated VA medical center.
