I’m a healthcare administrative professional trained in medical billing, electronic health record systems (EPIC), and insurance processing. I’m certified in EHR clinical activities and HIPAA compliance, and I focus on patient-ready workflows that protect confidentiality and reduce errors.

In roles supporting high-volume client and customer needs, I handled eligibility verification, patient-style check-in, scheduling, registration, and intake while maintaining accurate and confidential records. I also supported claims preparation and medical documentation practices, along with accounts receivable and payment posting.
