At FutureLife, I lead the implementation and rollout of the Digital Suite, including CRM and EMR solutions, across reproductive healthcare clinics in the UK and Ireland region. I work with clinic stakeholders, product teams, vendors and operational teams to gather requirements, configure solutions and support adoption.
Before this, I owned the Electronic Medical Record product selected as the baseline solution for FutureLife fertility clinics across multiple countries. I defined and refined requirements, prioritized the backlog with stakeholders and delivery teams, and contributed to product strategy, testing, training and rollout support.
At OutSystems, I was Product Owner of two product teams working on different products in O11 and ODC, driving solution design, backlog decisions and Program Increment Planning. Earlier, I worked on Sifarma at GLINTT and healthcare process improvement at LUZ SAÚDE, including BPMN process specifications and clinical pathways.
