What I'm looking for
I’m a management professional connecting business, operations, and enterprise systems, with a strong track record of translating operational needs into functional requirements. I support and improve ERP, ServiceNow, CRM, and Microsoft tools—while coordinating operational, financial, and technology teams to drive execution, control, and information reliability.
After more than a decade managing industrial, administrative, financial, and logistics operations, I modernised administrative and technology infrastructure and used ERP to support reporting and internal control. More recently, I’ve led ServiceNow implementation work, supported ERP/CRM tool selection and adoption, and applied process mapping and continuous improvement with clear focus on efficiency, process visibility, and management reporting using Excel, Power BI, and basic SQL.
