Sarah Jane Hernandez

I’m a Technical Support Representative with experience from 2023–2025, bringing a strong service mindset and a focus on clear communication. I enjoy stepping into challenging situations where I can troubleshoot effectively and keep work moving forward.

Before that, I served as a Line trainer at SPWS from 2013–2021, where I supported others and helped teams stay aligned with expectations. That training background strengthened how I teach, collaborate, and maintain professional standards under pressure.

I also worked as a Kitchen Staff at La Capuccino in Kuwait from 2021–2023, which taught me how to perform consistently in fast-paced environments. The experience shaped my reliability, teamwork, and ability to deliver quality even when demands are high.

My objective is simple: I want to “grab an opportunity” and grow by being innovative while “attain[ing] a challenging position” using my interpersonal and professional skills. I’m motivated by roles where I can contribute to the organization’s growth and also advance my own capabilities.
