At ADECCO, I managed insurance policies throughout their lifecycle, including applications, issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, reinstatements, and policyholder updates. I also addressed inquiries from policyholders, agents, and brokers and worked with claims teams to verify coverage.

Previously, at CLUSTER Outsourcing Services Limited, I generated and qualified B2B leads through outbound cold calling, managed CRM pipelines, executed email outreach, and converted prospects into customers through tailored digital-services sales pitches.
