I've led readiness, communications and adoption across NESO, NFU Mutual, Barratt Developments, Utilita Energy, the University of Edinburgh and a global FMCG organisation. My work spans ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, APS and Microsoft Dynamics transformations, including a university-wide ERP rollout affecting more than 18,000 stakeholders.
At E.ON, I supported four major programmes and helped enable more than 500,000 smart-meter installations in the first two years, exceeding planned targets by over 300,000. I translate ambiguity into practical action through impact assessments, ADKAR-aligned interventions, stakeholder engagement, training, governance and outcome-based readiness assurance.
