I analyse complex workflows, manage requirements, user stories and backlogs in Jira, and bridge business, operations and technology teams. My workflow analysis and process redesign contributed to a 25% improvement in operational processes and policies.

Previously at Elsa and Co. Accountants Ltd, I identified bottlenecks, mapped current-state processes, developed improvement metrics, and supported website and digital change across development, testing, training and production environments. I contributed to a 19% improvement in processes and policies, a 15% reduction in operating costs, and a 20% increase in activities through website baseline deployments.
