What I'm looking for
I’m a Business Change Manager with strong delivery and training depth, bringing over fifteen years’ experience supporting complex change across regulated and operationally intensive environments. I focus on operating model change, system and process adoption, stakeholder engagement, and large-scale onboarding—so new ways of working are understood, embedded, and sustained.
At Sompo International, I supported underwriting and operations training and adoption across the end-to-end policy lifecycle. I coordinated readiness and impact assessments for operating model changes, helped transition third-party providers and external partners, and delivered continuity-focused onboarding. I also supported automation initiatives, including introducing Whatfix for on-screen, in-flow guidance, and drove adoption for SlipCentre by connecting process changes with stakeholder engagement.
Earlier, I delivered structured onboarding and training during the Coronavirus Vaccine rollout within pharmacovigilance and medical information teams at ProPharma Group. I built and maintained training materials, job aids, and learning resources aligned to regulatory, quality, and governance requirements, while monitoring effectiveness and learner feedback to keep everything audit-ready. I then supported large-scale systems implementation at Thomson Reuters, providing virtual training, coaching, and mentoring to build go-live readiness and stabilise adoption post-implementation.
I’ve also led and delivered change across major programmes in public and commercial sectors, including Universal Credit onboarding at the Department for Work and Pensions, and platform rollouts such as Salesforce and Office 365. Whether acting as Scrum Master, managing risks and dependencies, or supporting offshore delivery partners, my approach is the same: combine governance with practical readiness, use agile and iterative ways of working, and help teams build confidence through well-designed training and adoption support.
