What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations or administrative role where I can coordinate logistics, records, suppliers, schedules, procurement, and day-to-day business requirements in a structured, client-focused environment.

I've managed interior operations for private and charter yachts including S/Y NOMAD, M/Y WATERCOLOURS, M/Y BELLA, and M/Y YOLO across Southeast Asia, the Caribbean, the USA, and Europe.

At M/Y WATERCOLOURS, I was promoted from Second Stewardess to Chief Stewardess, leading a three-person department while coordinating guest logistics, schedules, provisioning, purchasing, inventory, suppliers, and accounts support.

I also bring land-based administration experience from Alliance Tactical Security, where I prepared and verified international client invoices and maintained accurate client, invoice, and business records. I work independently, keep documentation organised, and handle confidential information with discretion.
