I am a very motivated, strong minded, and dedicated person. I always strive to go above and beyond in every position I have held. I am currently the Human Resource Manager at Ken Garff Porsche Audi and Land Rover. I have a Bachelors degree in Business Management with a Human Resources emphasis.

While working as the HR manager, I have the opportunity to support the dealerships, including execution of HR strategies, policies and practices that contribute to positive business results. In addition, is a leader for positive employee experiences, I foster employee engagement through continued support of the company brand programs. I Facilitate training as requested via corporate partners, and initiate counseling to help managers proactively manage employee retention and performance.
I have experience as a legal assistant, project manager, trainer, manager, event planner, and administrative assistant.

As a Realtor, I have sold over 220 homes and have used that experience to currently manage over 800 condos and townhomes. That involves working with tenants and owners to ensure those communities run smoothly, the tenants are happy with where they live, and the owners feel secure in their investment.

As both a legal assistant and project manager, I worked with a high volume caseload and consistently finished all cases with precision, accuracy, and timeliness. While working as an event manager, I handled high stress situations, organized all aspects of the event, and ensured things ran smoothly.

In every position I have held, I quickly get promoted and am looked to as a leader. I strive to be consistent, reliable, and an exceptional and vital employee to those I work for and with.
