What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead enterprise transformation with a strong adoption focus, building governance, decision-rights, and enablement that make new technology (including AI) land successfully with real users.

I’m a senior change and transformation leader who helps large, global organizations execute complex change—adopting new technology, modernizing operating models, and turning transformation programs into measurable outcomes. I focus on the hard part of transformation: adoption, diagnosing why initiatives stall, and designing the governance and decision-rights that keep delivery on track.

With 7+ years at a world-class technology distributor, I’ve worked across 50+ countries to help enterprise platforms and new ways of working land with the people who use them. I authored an enterprise risk-response and governance framework for flagship programs, including an AI-enabled commerce platform and a global finance transformation, leading stakeholder interviews, root-cause analysis, and governance coverage design.

I build the operating mechanisms that make change stick—multi-tier transformation governance and decision-rights models using RAPID and RACI to clarify accountability, escalation paths, and scoped controls. I also lead adoption shifts end-to-end: diagnosing resistance on a major sales-platform initiative, reframing training into behavior change, and driving global rollouts under tight deadlines.

My approach pairs program rigor (PMP, SAFe) with structured change methodology (Prosci/ADKAR) to connect strategy, execution, and human factors. I’ve applied these methods across concurrent enterprise initiatives—delivering readiness, resistance management, and enablement at scale—and I bring additional operational experience from executive and risk/HR coordination roles.
