I'm looking to lead complex cross-functional technology, operations, and organizational change initiatives where I can build governance, align stakeholders, improve adoption, and deliver sustainable outcomes.

At ClimateWorks Foundation, I lead information systems initiatives spanning governance, HRIS migration, AI adoption, and GMS Phase 2 planning. I reduced a post-launch GMS backlog by 68% in two months by establishing cross-functional governance and a phased triage process.

Previously at The Climate Reality Project, I built an organization-wide working group into a PMO, creating governance frameworks, delivery methods, templates, and leadership reporting. I managed a portfolio of 10+ projects with 95% on-time and on-budget delivery and led adoption of a single project-management platform to 99% of staff.
