At Taboo Tiki Bar, I serve Brazilian customers and international tourists in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. I handle orders, questions, and complaints in person and through delivery apps, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
I use customer feedback to improve the menu, service, and operations, and I work to turn difficult service moments into lasting customer relationships. I also coordinate accommodation bookings with local hotels and guesthouses.
As a freelance Web Designer & AI Automation Specialist, I run client projects from briefing through delivery and follow-up. I deliver landing pages and dashboards for small businesses, including Podart, FVL Soluções, and NEPA, and build WhatsApp and Instagram automations.
I’ve also co-founded and coordinated operations at A Bruxa Vegana, and supported HR and corporate event organization as an intern at Doosan Infracore South America. I’m looking to bring my customer-facing business experience and technology fluency to a Customer Success team serving Brazil, Latin America, and beyond.
