What I'm looking for

I'm looking to drive scalable B2B implementation and operational excellence in fast-paced tech or corporate environments, leading cross-functional teams, improving onboarding processes, reducing turnaround times, and strengthening long-term client retention.

I lead Solvo Global's Implementation Department, overseeing end-to-end onboarding strategy for complex B2B accounts across the United States and Spain. I manage high-volume client portfolios, uphold service-level agreements, and design specialized onboarding frameworks for VIP accounts.

I've connected clients, technical specialists, IT, Billing, Recruitment, and Client Executive teams to deliver successful Day 1 launches and structured handoffs. I also mentor Implementation Managers and Analysts, standardize workflows, and build tracking strategies that recover lost and on-hold clients.

Earlier, I led operations at Ramírez Daccach Abogados, implementing HubSpot CRM and Agile process improvements, and co-founded Fundación Solecitos to advance social-environmental initiatives.
