I'm looking for a remote recruiting, SDR, talent acquisition, or people operations role where I can support hiring, onboarding, training, and clear team communication.

At West Elm Outlet, I lead a rotating team of 10 associates while supporting recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and daily store operations. I coach teams on customer service, upselling, and cross-selling, helping weekly sales performance run 25% ahead of goal.
