I’m an Account Manager and Client Success Specialist with 3+ years of experience across EdTech, student services, operations, and stakeholder management. I’m at my best when I can own the full onboarding journey and turn complex workflows into smooth outcomes for students and partners.

In my current role, I manage end-to-end onboarding for students using education loans, GIC accounts, international fee payments, and accommodation services. I coordinate with banking partners, payment providers, and accommodation vendors to ensure service delivery stays on track, with clear communication and reliable follow-through.

I also act as the primary point of contact for students and resolve escalations. I bring an “issue-to-resolution” mindset, combining customer experience focus with escalation management and process improvement to reduce friction for everyone involved.

Earlier, I supported education loan applications through multiple banking partners and managed stakeholder relationships as a Business Associate. I also built operational experience through client onboarding and coordination work, and strengthened my foundation with SEO and content optimization during a Digital Marketing internship.
