I'm leading Learning & Development at Fernandez Hospital, strengthening L&D functions, training frameworks, onboarding, and competency-based interventions across 77 legacy healthcare organizations. I design multilingual programs for frontline teams through senior leaders, including clinical leadership and Train-the-Trainer initiatives.
