What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an immediate remote Service Desk or Helpdesk role where I can provide chat and email support, triage tickets, resolve Windows and account issues, and meet SLA commitments. I'm available for US shifts.

I'm a Google Cloud Certified computer science diploma graduate pursuing remote Service Desk and Helpdesk opportunities. I bring hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow, JIRA, ITIL incident management, ticket triage, SLA adherence, and Windows troubleshooting.

During my AI/ML internship at VAR MATRIX, I collected, cleaned, and preprocessed large datasets with Python, Pandas, and NumPy. I also built and validated supervised and unsupervised machine learning models, applying deep learning techniques to improve performance and accuracy.

I built BugTracker, a full-stack CRUD web application using Python, Flask, SQLite, HTML, and JavaScript. I created RESTful API endpoints for bug reports and used parameterized SQL queries and database indexing to support secure, efficient search performance.
