At Codec Technologies, I worked on Python-based assignments involving data processing, analysis, and machine learning workflows. I used Pandas and NumPy to clean data, identify inconsistencies, and resolve data-related issues.

During my Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning virtual internship with APSSDC / Edunet, I completed practical assignments in Python, data preprocessing, and machine learning. I implemented classification workflows using Scikit-learn and evaluated model performance.

I developed a document-based chatbot using RAG and LLMs to help users retrieve information from PDFs. I implemented document processing, text chunking, and semantic search with FAISS, then tested responses and improved information retrieval.

I'm seeking an entry-level opportunity in Technical Customer Support. I'm interested in SaaS products and helping customers resolve queries through chat, email, and calls.
