I’m an active learner with foundational knowledge of C, Python, and MySQL, passionate about problem solving and continuously exploring new technologies to build practical solutions. I enjoy turning data and real-world needs into clear, automated outcomes.

In my internships, I worked as an Associate ServiceNow Developer Intern where I set up and managed ServiceNow modules for IT requests, incidents, changes, and problems. I developed Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer workflows to automate ITSM processes and built service catalog items so employees could raise and track requests easily.

I also built full-stack web applications as a Web Full Stack Developer Intern, using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and MongoDB while designing responsive and accessible user interfaces. Alongside that, I trained a basic machine learning model to sort disaster-related tweets using Python, and I’ve created machine learning projects like customer churn prediction with Logistic Regression and text-analysis visualizations for trending topics.
