I’m a recent B.Tech graduate (Artificial Intelligence and Data Science) with hands-on experience building and troubleshooting software applications, APIs, and databases. I work confidently in Windows environments and bring a clear debugging mindset grounded in full-stack project development and API testing.

In technical support scenarios, I focus on identifying issues quickly and resolving them through systematic troubleshooting. I’m comfortable with basic networking concepts like TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP, and I support remotely using documented processes and careful, customer-focused communication.

I’ve built and tested real projects that strengthened my problem-solving and documentation habits. For example, I integrated frontend and backend components for a real-time translation platform, tested REST APIs using Postman to catch issues early, and documented workflows for team handoff and future reference.

I also developed an emergency assistance web platform (QR-based medical info access) and created an IT support incident analysis dashboard using Power BI, SQL, and Excel to identify recurring patterns. I’m now seeking an entry-level IT Technician role to apply my troubleshooting and technical support strengths in an international remote environment.
