What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own onboarding and training, partner cross-functionally to improve customer experience, and support growth through content—especially SEO blogs and short-form YouTube publishing.

I’m a Customer Success & Growth Associate at Dreambridge, where I onboarded and supported 200+ educators end-to-end through platform setup, course creation, and publishing—serving as the primary point of contact for onboarding and support queries.

I run live product walkthroughs and structured training sessions to improve feature adoption and reduce onboarding friction for new educators.

I also own content and distribution: planning Instagram/Facebook content, writing 60+ SEO-aware blog articles, and producing 50+ YouTube Shorts with screen recording, voice-over narration, editing, and thumbnail design. I manage YouTube publishing metadata in YouTube Studio to improve discoverability.

Before this, I worked as a Research Intern at Astro Science & Technology, conducting observational research and supporting technical development for a 6-inch Newtonian Telescope, along with outreach and public observation events.
