What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead global, data-driven operations and program work that improves customer/seller trust, scales hiring and onboarding, and builds automation that reduces cycle times—while partnering closely across tech, workforce, and business stakeholders.

I’m a Senior Manager with 8+ years of expertise in driving operational excellence and fostering business growth. I lead cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, use data-driven insights for strategic decisions, and continuously adapt to evolving business needs.

In my current role as People Analytics Project Management at AGODA, I led an end-to-end redesign of the HC forecasting process to create a single source-of-truth across TA plans, Finance budgets, and leadership targets. I also rolled out process documentation and short trainings to embed new forecasting and Asana governance, and I piloted Kaizen-style governance to help projects adapt faster.

At Amazon, I served as Program Manager II and later Operations Manager, managing large teams and high-volume hiring and marketplace integrations. I’ve improved operational metrics by piloting Value Stream Mapping (reducing TTR from 14 to 10 days), optimizing seller reopen rates (35% to 22% YTD), and automating high-frequency associate workflows using Andon Cord and other tools to cut wait times dramatically. I’m energized by building reliable systems, mentoring leaders, and delivering on-time programs that measurably improve customer and seller trust.
