At Best Rush, I transformed onboarding, implementation, and renewal processes across three business units while rolling out business-critical platforms and strengthening carrier partnerships.

At Onebeat, I built LATAM's Customer Success organization from the ground up, supporting enterprise SaaS implementations across multiple countries. I standardized CRM, ticketing, KPI dashboards, and operational playbooks while partnering with global leadership across EMEA, North America, Brazil, and APAC.

Previously, I led customer success at Nuvocargo and customer care at Fast Forward Consolidators, and progressed from Customer Service Representative to Supervisor at Werner Global Logistics. I bring hands-on experience in enterprise implementations, customer lifecycle management, multimodal freight operations, process governance, renewals, and cross-functional execution.
